The Paleo Diet is all the rage at the moment, so Kim and Cyndi (without
Carren – she is a vegan!) decided to talk about what it is, how it is
helping people and why it is working so well to change health and weight
issues. Most people think the Paleo approach is a fad, but in actual
fact it is closest to the diet that humans lived on for thousands of
years before the invention of the grocery store. Going Paleo is not just
about what you eat either – it is about your entire lifestyle,
including sleeping patterns, movement, human connection, sunlight and
