Baked Salmon & Asparagus Parcels

This is such an easy recipe and it tastes great. Watch the video below for the instructions and for three other variations to try or mix it up to your own style!

Place a little olive oil, lemon juice and pinch salt at the bottom of a large square piece of parchment or baking paper enough to wrap the salmon.
Place 4-5 asparagus spears over the oil and juice.
Place a salmon steak onto the asparagus.
Pour a little more olive oil, lemon juice and salt over the salmon
Slice red onions and place with slices of lemon on top of the salmon with some fresh dill and ground pepper.
Close the baking paper over the fish.
Bake in a moderate oven on 180deg Celsius for exactly 20minutes.

Serve in paper on plate with roasted veggies and or a green salad if you fancy! Seriously delicious!

Recipe Disclaimer

Thanks for clicking on this yummy recipe! Before you make it you need to know I am not a fancy chef! Neither am I an expert cook who aspires to measure everything. Writing recipes is in fact rather difficult for me as I am a creative, touch, taste and smell-as-I-go kinda girl! I realise this does not suit all personality types, forgive me, so if you would like better measurements or descriptions for the kind of recipe I present it might be a good idea to google something similar as I am sure there would be plenty out there based off the same principles as these recipes!! The sharing of these recipes is just an outlet for my creative flair! Good luck – I mean – enjoy! Kim x
