This smoothie is incredibly filling and satisfying. A quick breakfast for on the go or a wonderful addition to a hearty Sunday morning brunch! You can use blueberries and or raspberries. This smoothie is also excellent to make and place into a thermos for lunch or an afternoon snack!


  • 1 c coconut water
  • 1 c almond, coconut or dairy milk
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 2Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1Tbsp honey (optional)
  • 2Tbsp Super Seed LSA
  • 1Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 drops of orange, lemon, spearmint or peppermint oil for extra zing and flavour (optional)
  • Ice

Blend all ingredients together in a processor or Thermomix until smooth. You may need to add a little extra coconut water or milk if too thick. Serve with extra berries and enjoy every delicious mouthful!
