6 x cacao wafers (or 1 heaped Tbsp cacao)
1/3 c coconut oil
1/4 c almond butter
Pinch seaweed salt
2 tsp malayo or maple syrup
2 drops lime essential oil
3-4 Tbsp coconut flakes
1 tsp chia seeds


Grate or grind cacao wafers in blender or Thermomix until fine. Add coconut oil, almond butter, salt, malayo & lime oil. Blend together until smooth. (This can all be done by hand too). Pour into lined lamington tray. Sprinkle over coconut flakes & chia seeds. Place in freezer for 20mins. Break into shards. Store in container in freezer! These are heavenly!! Enjoy!
