• Coconut (preferably organic without the 220 preservative)
  • 1 Apple
  • A few Dates
  • Handful of almonds


Get some coconut (preferably organic without the 220 preservative), grate an apple with skin on, chop a few dates and then chop a handful of almonds and mix together. If you have a Thermomix or Food Processor this is a matter of 2-4 seconds of blending all together. Serve with some more fresh fruit and yoghurt if you fancy! Enjoy!
