INGREDIENTS

  • 1cm cube fresh ginger
  • 1 lime peeled
  • 1 apple quartered
  • 1/2 small cucumber chopped
  • Few pieces fresh pineapple (optional)
  • 2 big handfuls of spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3Tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 150-200ml coconut water
  • 2drops lime essential oil
  • Ice

METHOD

Blend all together until smooth! Serve with fresh mint! Enjoy!
