INGREDIENTS
- 1cm cube fresh ginger
- 1 lime peeled
- 1 apple quartered
- 1/2 small cucumber chopped
- Few pieces fresh pineapple (optional)
- 2 big handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 3Tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 150-200ml coconut water
- 2drops lime essential oil
- Ice
METHOD
Blend all together until smooth! Serve with fresh mint! Enjoy!
