INGREDIENTS

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 1 can organic chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 chili or more if you like it hot!
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove

METHOD

Process in a blender or thermomix to the consistency you like! Garnish with parsley or shallots.
