It is known to help conditions like rheumatism and muscular aches and pains. A few drops of pine into a bowl of hot to boiling water with 2 drops of lavender makes an excellent inhalation to help clear sinus infections, coughs and colds. Blended with oils like rosemary and wintergreen it makes a wonderful sports liniment. And 3 drops added to 2 drops each lemon and cypress into 20mls of carrier oil you have an excellent anti-cellulite blend. Pine is the oil for inspiration. You only have to picture yourself standing in a pine forest to understand the enormous power and immense charge you receive when surrounded by these phenomenal trees.
