International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide from Australia.

  • Delivery timeframe: 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance

  • Import duties & taxes: Orders shipped outside Australia may incur import duties, customs fees or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or control these costs — please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. All weights are rounded up to the next kilogram in line with carrier policies.

Order Issues & Delays

Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link or contact our customer service team at info@twenty8.com for assistance.

Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Twenty8 is not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us, we can resend it once additional postage has been paid.
