The Ground Me synergy blend has been my favourite for a a year or so now. I use it during really busy days or when I’m feeling like I don’t know where to start. Pop it in my diffuser and it really does centre me. It’s limited edition but I have my fingers crossed it stays as a permanent blend on the menu.

True to form of every Twenty8 Product, this essential oil blend is outstanding and has become a common go-to for me in daily ritual, especially at the end of the day after stress and very non natural work environments.
