Aventurine Crystal Gua Sha

Using a Gua Sha is a simple yet powerful ritual to enhance your skincare routine and promote glowing, lifted, and revitalised skin.

1. Start with clean skin – Gently cleanse your face and apply a facial serum or oil (such as our Omega Repair or Face Lift Serum) to create a smooth surface. This helps the Gua Sha glide easily and prevents tugging.
   
2. Hold the tool correctly – Use gentle to medium pressure, holding the Gua Sha flat (around a 15–30° angle) against your skin.
   
3. Begin at the neck – Glide upward from the base of your neck toward the jawline to encourage lymphatic drainage.
   
4. Move to the jawline and chin – Use the curved edge to sculpt along your jawline from the chin out toward the ear.
   
5. Cheeks and cheekbones – Sweep from the side of your nose outward toward your temples using firm, upward strokes.
   
6. Under the eyes – With a light touch, glide from the inner corner of your eye to the temple to reduce puffiness and tension.
   
7. Forehead – Starting between the brows, sweep upward toward the hairline, then out toward the temples.
   

Repeat each stroke 3–5 times on each area. Take slow, mindful breaths and allow this ritual to become a moment of self-care and relaxation.

Tip: Keep your Gua Sha in the fridge for an extra cooling, depuffing effect — perfect for tired or stressed skin.
