How to use this product

Diffuser: Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser while reading Smelly Elly’s Got the Flu or during rest time to create a calm, healing atmosphere.

Bath: Blend 1–2 drops with a tablespoon of carrier oil or milk before adding to a warm bath.

Topical: Mix 1 drop with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and gently massage into your child’s feet, back or chest for soothing relief.
